Management and monitoring of service providers Participações e Administração is seeking a Full Building Technician in Curitiba (Alto da XV). **Responsibilities:** Support the responsible engineer in construction site supervision, measurements, and physical progress tracking. Control construction supervision spreadsheets, costs, schedules, and departmental KPIs. Assist in preparing budgets, quotations, and purchase orders for projects. Maintain communication with suppliers, field teams, and other company departments. Prepare, review, and organize technical documents: reports, floor plans, 2D projects, sketches, technical specifications, and ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations). Manage and monitor third-party service providers.
