Food and beverage operations management Human Resources Consulting Firm is hiring a Maître in Pinhais. **What will you do in this role?:** You will work in a high-end restaurant performing the following duties: Supervise and guide waitstaff and busboys. Plan and assign tables to ensure dining room organization and quality of the customer experience. Monitor guest service to guarantee courtesy, efficiency, and attentiveness. Greet and seat guests to foster positive relationships. Coordinate food and beverage services, aligning order timing with the kitchen and bar. Conduct staff training. Manage shift scheduling and floor team performance; assist in developing wine, cocktail, and pairing menus. Monitor hygiene standards, safety protocols, and house rules. Directly contribute to customer retention by delivering a differentiated experience.
