Job Summary: Level I Kitchen Assistant performs food pre-preparation, preparation, and processing; handles food; and ensures food quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Assists other kitchen professionals in food pre-preparation, preparation, and processing, as well as plating. Handles food. Inspects food quality to minimize contamination risks.
