Teamwork and results-oriented approach Position Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician III Key Responsibilities: \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the company's mechanical machines, equipment, and installations. \- Diagnose and resolve technical problems by performing repairs, adjustments, and component replacements. \- Supervise the execution of outsourced maintenance services, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. \- Prepare maintenance reports and records, documenting all performed activities. \- Suggest improvements and implement actions to enhance the efficiency and reliability of mechanical systems. Required Qualifications: \- Completed technical education in Mechanics or related field. \- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician. \- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial machines and equipment. \- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and diagrams. \- Ability to quickly and effectively identify and resolve problems. \- Strong teamwork skills, effective communication, and results orientation. \- Knowledge of occupational safety standards. Preferred Qualifications: \- Knowledge of industrial automation and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. \- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and maintenance management systems. \- Specialized courses in mechanical maintenance. \- Familiarity with System, Nuovafima, and Mutigeko equipment.
