Propose improvements to maintenance processes and train professionals Diagnose complex faults in electromechanical systems by analyzing circuits, technical parameters, and maintenance history, aiming to reduce problem recurrence and optimize equipment performance. Lead critical maintenance activities and provide technical coordination to the team during interventions to ensure services are performed safely and in accordance with company standards. Propose improvements to maintenance processes based on practical experience and data/information generated by the system, seeking to increase asset availability. Perform advanced installation and configuration of automation and control systems, such as PLCs and inverters, to ensure proper integration of electro-electronic components with industrial processes. Train and guide junior professionals, promoting continuous learning and standardization of best practices in the maintenance area. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education Mandatory courses: NR-10 and NR-35 certificates Minimum 3 years of experience in the field Desirable knowledge of plastic injection molding machines and industrial machinery, such as presses, bending machines, laser cutting machines, and welding robots.
