Perform preventive and corrective hardware maintenance (notebooks). Install, configure, and format operating systems (Windows and Linux). Configure workstations, notebooks, mobile devices, and peripherals. Provide support and assist in resolving incidents related to software and equipment. Log and track technical service tickets. Manage and organize IT assets. Provide basic network support (Wi\-Fi and LAN). Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, Information Technology Technician, or IT Technical Support may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
