At Ferragens Negrão, we seek committed professionals who pay attention to details and wish to grow alongside a stable company undergoing continuous evolution. * Key Responsibilities: * Assist with credentialing, de-credentialing, and database update processes for the authorized service network; * Manage and maintain an up-to-date technical assistance database; * Record operational information in systems and spreadsheets; * Conduct follow\-up with technical assistance providers regarding requests, pending items, and deadlines; * Support service order audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies; * Provide support to technical assistance providers on warranty-related matters; * Assist with payment control for the authorized service network; * Facilitate communication between technical assistance providers and internal departments; * Prepare operational reports and controls for the area. Requirements: ✔ Experience in administrative routines and operational support; ✔ Proficiency in Excel and information systems; ✔ Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset; ✔ Aptitude for process monitoring and control activities. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
