Job Summary: A company is seeking a Process Analyst in Curitiba to optimize human resource management through the development and optimization of production processes and technical support. Implementation of productivity improvements The company seeks a Process Analyst professional in Curitiba. RH Center is a company specialized in human resource solutions. We provide recruitment, selection, and consulting services for companies aiming to optimize their human resource management. **Responsibilities:** Develop production routing and processes. Create and revise Work Instructions. Establish process parameters (cutting, bending, welding, machining, and painting). Provide support during new product launch (APQP and PPAP). Monitor process try-out and validation. Analyze cycle times and line balancing. Minimize rework and waste. Implement productivity improvements. Participate in root cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys). Interface with customer quality. Provide technical support to the shop floor. Define welding fixtures, bending tools, and necessary infrastructure for product manufacturing. Monitor KPIs: OEE, efficiency, waste, and RFT. Previous experience as a Process Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
