Job Summary: A professional to develop Power BI dashboards, model data, optimize DAX measures, and support business analytics, ensuring the full report lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. Development of interactive and high-performance Power BI dashboards 2. Efficient data modeling and DAX optimization 3. Support with structured analyses for decision-making **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop interactive, analytical, and high-performance Power BI dashboards; * Create, optimize, and maintain complex measures and calculations using DAX; * Model data efficiently, ensuring query integrity and performance; * Ensure proper report development lifecycle management, applying version control best practices and deployment pipelines; * Support business areas with structured analyses enabling forecasting, pattern identification, and decision-making support. **Technical Requirements:** * Proven experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in DAX (evaluation contexts, time intelligence, and performance optimization); * Solid experience with relational data modeling (Star Schema, Fact and Dimension tables); * Basic knowledge of version control (Git) applied to Power BI development (branching, commits, conflict resolution); * Conceptual understanding of CI/CD (continuous integration and delivery) processes for automated deployment across environments (Development, Staging, Production). **Analytical Competencies:** * Strong analytical ability and logical reasoning; * Skill in identifying patterns within large datasets and proposing solutions; * Data-oriented critical thinking and architectural efficiency. **Business Knowledge:** * Experience or exposure to the retail sector is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Autonomy and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with business areas. **Benefits:** * Salary negotiable. * Transportation allowance (VT) or parking assistance; * Meal voucher (VR) and food allowance (VA); * Unimed health insurance plan; * Uniodonto dental insurance plan. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
