If you are motivated, possess exceptional organizational skills, and are prepared to assume a key role in managing our company's human capital, this is the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee all People department subsystems, including recruitment and selection, training and development, job descriptions and salaries, salary tables, benefits, and career plans. * Provide administrative support for all human capital-related activities. * Clarify doubts and provide support to employees. * Receive candidate resumes, screen them, and forward them for supervisor review. * Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates. * Monitor the entire selection process, informing candidates of approval or providing feedback. * Forward approved candidates for onboarding, scheduling admission exams and requesting ASO, as well as collecting required documentation for submission to the onboarding department. * Conduct new employee onboarding, providing guidance on internal rules, procedures, and policies. * Conduct performance evaluations. * Carry out organizational climate surveys. **Requirements:** * Academic degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields. * Prior experience in recruitment and selection, training and development, job and salary management, benefits, and organizational climate. * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and people management tools.
