Job Summary: Facilities Maintenance Technicians perform building maintenance activities, including maintenance and repairs across various areas such as carpentry, painting, masonry, and electrical systems. Inclusive and collaborative workplace culture. * Mission At EQS, as a FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, you will perform building maintenance activities through maintenance and repair services in carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, joinery, gardening, grass cutting, and electrical systems. * All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PCD). * Our Challenges * Supervise assistants and provide support for their activities. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and cleaning of gutters and roofs, according to client requirements. * Clean courtyards/gardens and other common areas, collecting and sorting waste while using cleaning materials to maintain a clean and organized environment, operating brush cutters or other related equipment. * Perform other duties inherent to the position, as required. * We Expect You To Have: * Completed elementary education. * Knowledge of maintenance services. * What We Offer: A stimulating and challenging work environment.
