Knowledge of Active Directory, networks, and ticketing tools. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Networks, or related fields. Basic knowledge of user support and computer maintenance. Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365 suite, networks, and device configuration.
