Job Summary: This internship supports Headcount control and general People administration, assisting in data management, reporting, and HR processes. Key Highlights: 1. Our purpose is to create new smiles every day, guided by a cultural journey and a Protagonist & Learner mindset that transforms our employees into a high-performance team. **What can you expect from your day with us?** * Support Headcount control and reporting (Latam); * Support in controlling personnel headcount and hierarchies; * Support in developing organizational charts; * Interface with Recruitment: Support in controlling, aligning, and reporting information on positions, movements, hires, and terminations; * Conduct impact simulations related to organizational changes; * Projects: Align, verify, and report People-related information; * Ensure OurSuccess system updates; * Support in gathering, organizing, and sharing HR metrics; * Support managers and teams; * Support in Personnel administration (general records in the OurSuccess system, monitoring LATAM control and planning processes, handling general employee requests, etc.); * Support in monitoring company budget, locally and regionally. **What do you need to have or know?** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Accounting, or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI * English (desirable) * Spanish (desirable) * Knowledge of SuccessFactors (desirable) **What will you find here?** * Meal allowance; * Food voucher; * National health insurance plan, extendable to dependents; * Dental insurance; * WellHub (GymPass); * Transportation allowance or parking subsidy.
