Job Summary: We are seeking a CRM and Marketing Assistant to operate and develop customer communication tools, with a focus on Flowbiz and automation. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on improving customer experience and commercial efficiency We are looking for a CRM and Marketing Assistant to directly operate and develop our customer communication and relationship management tools, primarily focusing on the Flowbiz platform. This person will be responsible for supporting the implementation, organization, and execution of the company’s CRM strategies, automations, campaigns, and communication flows, contributing to improved customer experience, strengthened relationships with resellers, and greater commercial efficiency. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive individual with strong analytical skills and interest in technology, communication, and innovation. Key Responsibilities * Operate and monitor the Flowbiz platform on a daily basis * Assist in implementing and structuring CRM workflows * Create and organize communication campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and other channels * Support customer segmentation and contact database management * Update lists, registrations, and automations * Monitor campaign KPIs and results * Provide support to the sales team on CRM-related activities * Coordinate requests with marketing, technology, and sales teams * Assist in building customer journey maps and relationship nurturing sequences * Identify opportunities to improve communication and relationship management processes Requirements * Organization and attention to detail * Strong written communication skills * Proficiency with technology and systems * Analytical and operational mindset * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets * Interest in marketing, CRM, and automation Preferred Qualifications * Experience with CRM, automation, or communication platforms * Knowledge of Flowbiz, Nepo, RD Station, Hubspot, or similar tools * Experience in marketing or commercial customer service * Familiarity with sales funnels and customer relationship management Ideal Candidate Profile * Committed and organized individual * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently * Strong execution capability * Ease of collaboration across cross-functional teams * Interest in innovation and continuous improvement * Ability to learn quickly and keep pace with technological evolution Function Objective To structure and strengthen the company’s CRM and communication operations, ensuring more efficient, organized, and strategic communication with customers and sales teams.
