Will be responsible for structuring, standardizing, and ensuring adherence to administrative policies, processes, and guidelines, thereby guaranteeing legal compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate administrative construction processes corporately, overseeing local teams. * Develop, implement, and standardize policies, procedures, and controls related to administrative and human resources areas. * Ensure legal, labor, and tax compliance of administrative operations for projects; * Structure and supervise site support services, including facilities, transportation, accommodation, security, cafeteria, and maintenance; * Provide strategic support for project mobilization and demobilization, defining guidelines, schedules, and required infrastructure; * Coordinate and guide administrative planning for construction projects, ensuring alignment with budget and established targets; * Support market mapping through technical-commercial visits and provide strategic support to business areas; * Monitor administrative performance indicators, promoting continuous improvement and resource optimization; * Serve as the liaison between construction sites and headquarters, ensuring institutional alignment and standardization of practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience in administrative routines for medium- to large-scale construction sites. * **Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills):** Strategic and systemic vision; Strong leadership and remote team management capabilities; Proven experience in administrative management of construction projects or large-scale projects; Knowledge of labor, tax, and financial procedures; Ability to structure processes, governance, and controls. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in this role both on-site and within a corporate environment. * We are among **the largest** construction companies in the country!
