It provides HR consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Perform accounting entries and bank reconciliations. Classify, analyze, and reconcile accounting accounts, ensuring accurate bookkeeping. Organize and verify fiscal and accounting documents. Assist in tax calculation (ISS, ICMS, PIS, and COFINS). Support the preparation and submission of ancillary obligations, such as SPED, ECF, and DCTF. Provide support for monthly accounting closing. Assist in generating accounting and management reports. Maintain control and update physical and digital files, observing deadlines and regulations. Support responses to inspections and audits by providing requested documents and information. Previous experience as Accounting Assistant, Accounting Analyst, Financial Assistant, or Accounting Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree required.
