If you are passionate about design, have experience creating modern interfaces, and focus on user experience, this opportunity is for you. ### **Responsibilities** * Create responsive and visually appealing layouts for websites, landing pages, blogs, and e\-commerce platforms; * Collaborate with developers and the marketing team to ensure fidelity between design and implementation; * Apply UX/UI best practices in projects; * Create navigable prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD; * Work with visual identity, typography, color palettes, and grid systems; * Optimize graphical elements for web performance; * Monitor A/B tests and propose data-driven improvements. ### **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Proven experience as a Web Designer; * Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator; * Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles; * Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (coding not required, but foundational knowledge is necessary); * Updated portfolio showcasing previous work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience designing for WordPress or platforms such as Webflow/Wix; * Basic SEO knowledge for design; * Familiarity with testing and analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics); * Animations and microinteractions using Lottie or CSS. ### **Benefits** * Remote work allowance; * Flexible working hours; * Creative and collaborative environment.
