




Job Summary: Generalist HR professional to supervise Personnel Department routines, people management, and organizational culture, supporting leaders and the executive board. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on team development and organizational culture * Supervise Personnel Department routines: hiring, termination, payroll, vacations, benefits, and time tracking * Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation * Monitor recruitment and selection processes * Support leaders in people management, feedback, and team development * Develop and monitor HR metrics * Implement and strengthen HR policies, processes, and organizational culture * Manage conflicts and organizational climate * Conduct training and development initiatives * Organize and oversee performance evaluations * Support the executive board in people management decisions Requirements: * Proven experience in generalist HR and Personnel Department * Knowledge of labor legislation * Experience in team management or leadership of HR processes * Familiarity with HR management systems (ERP / TOTVS is a plus) * Strong communication, organization, and * leadership and influence skills * Clear and empathetic communication * Organization and strategic vision * Proactivity and problem-solving ability * People development capability Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Finance sector (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
