




Job Summary: Soares Logística is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to develop Training & Development (T&D) programs, manage organizational climate initiatives, support employees, and handle HR Administration (DP) routines. Contribution to administrative tasks and systemic perspective Soares Logística seeks a **Human Resources Analyst**. **Main Responsibilities:** · Develop and monitor Training & Development (T&D) programs aligned with our career development plan. · Conduct organizational climate surveys, interpret data, and propose effective actions. · Provide employee support. · Support the internal marketing (Endomarketing) schedule. · Perform HR Administration (DP) routines (hiring, termination, timekeeping, benefits, payment organization, vacation control). · Benefits management. · Conduct recruitment and selection activities and support leaders. · Manage materials, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and uniforms. · Contribute to administrative tasks with a systemic perspective and strong organizational sense. **Requirements** Experience in transportation will be a differentiating factor; Knowledge of HR subsystems.
