




Job Summary: Handle customer and contract registration, maintain updated records, and correct data inconsistencies in Curitiba. Key Highlights: 1. Intermediate Excel and Office Suite Position for an Administrative Assistant to work in downtown Curitiba Responsibilities: Register new customers in the SOC system (companies, units, products, pricing, and billing criteria). Register sales contracts in the ERP Protheus system (companies, products, and billing parameters). Keep registrations up to date according to customer portfolio renewals and inclusion of new services. Analyze and correct inconsistencies in registered data, maintaining contact with internal customers for clarifications and alignment. Requirements: Experience in registration area; experience in healthcare/occupational health is a plus. Familiarity with the SOC system is a plus. Intermediate Excel and general Office Suite proficiency. Focus on deadlines.
