Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, controlling, and supervising teams; identifying and evaluating equipment failures; and maintaining up-to-date records and reports. Completed technical education or ongoing higher education ***Responsibilities:*** * Plan, control, and supervise work performed by teams; * Identify and evaluate potential equipment malfunctions during importation for repairs or software updates; * Monitor equipment quality and utilization; * Address irregularities in equipment operation; * Maintain updated spreadsheets and reports related to operational control; * Monitor resolution of potential equipment failures; * Keep equipment software information up to date, entering data such as: address, types of violations, and calibration certificate details; * Directly oversee route teams and services performed on each equipment, verifying completed tasks and closing services in Checkmob \- (application for activity tracking); * Prepare weekly progress reports; report possible field equipment damages to the maintenance department; * Evaluate team performance on assigned tasks. ***Requirements:*** * ***Completed technical education or ongoing higher education;*** * ***Technical expertise and team management experience;*** * ***Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel;*** * ***Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.*** Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$5\.100,00 \- R$5\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Company vehicle Selection question(s): * What is your expected salary? * Do you have experience in supervision/team management?
