Together, we will keep being a source of pride! **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate part of the site team, communicating directives from the site manager to operational workers; * Participate in the entire formwork process; * Coordinate Pride employees and subcontractor personnel; * Train and qualify production teams on Pride’s quality procedures; * Communicate and monitor quality and deadlines for production teams. * Prior experience required in medium-standard construction projects **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; * Clear and active communication skills; **Desirable:** * At least 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor on formwork projects * Technical or undergraduate degree in Building Technology preferred **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 801.50 * Food Voucher: BRL 8.00 per day * Transportation Voucher * Life Insurance * Medical and Dental Assistance (SECONSI) * Birthday Day Off **OUR WAY OF BEING AND DOING!** Since 2012, we have fulfilled the dream of homeownership for thousands of people.
