Job Summary: The professional will implement and supervise layout changes, prepare detailed budgets, analyze workflows and KPIs, propose improvements, and provide technical and advisory support to the client. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and advisory engagement with the client to ensure deliverables 2. Supervision and coordination of teams during layout changes 3. Analysis of workflows and KPIs to propose operational improvements Job Responsibilities: * Implement layout changes when necessary (reconfiguration of spaces). * Prepare detailed project budgets for layout changes, covering materials, labor, timelines, scope, and any additional resources. * Supervise and coordinate teams responsible for executing layout changes or maintaining the existing layout. * Analyze process workflows, material handling, and personnel movement to propose improvements. * Monitor layout-related KPIs, such as travel time, space utilization, or operational efficiency. * Propose action plans to resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies. * Communicate and align with other departments; manage subcontractors. * Present reports to leadership or management with improvement proposals. * Provide technical and advisory support to the client: understand requirements, clarify doubts, monitor services, and ensure deliverables are completed as agreed.
