Job Summary: Planning and Control Analyst to monitor and control the physical-financial aspects of construction projects, develop schedules, and analyze deviations, costs, and productivity. Productivity analysis and improvement of execution methods The **Planning and Control Analyst** will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the physical\-financial performance of construction projects, working at Prime3's engineering office. Responsibilities include developing and updating schedules, analyzing deviations, controlling costs and productivity, and providing technical support to construction sites regarding implemented processes. Reports directly to the Planning and Control Coordinator and collaborates synergistically with engineering, procurement, budgeting, and construction departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and update physical\-financial schedules for construction projects based on the company's strategic planning guidelines; * Monitor construction progress, analyze physical advancement, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions; * Control costs, approve purchase requests, and approve cost deviations. * Support construction sites in cost analysis and cost closure for completed phases. * Monitor site consumption, controlling forecasted versus actual costs; * Estimate and review service and material quantities based on executive drawings and descriptive specifications; * Analyze productivity across work fronts and propose improvements to execution methods; * Consolidate and analyze information received from construction sites (Daily Reports, measurements, site diaries, photographic reports, etc.); * Prepare management reports and dashboards with project performance indicators (schedule, cost, physical progress, productivity); * Assist in standardizing planning and control processes, procedures, and tools within the company; * Support the Planning and Control Coordinator in interfacing with construction sites and other technical departments; * Utilize planning and modeling software such as MS Project, Excel, and integrated systems (e.g., Sienge). **Requirements:** * Degree in **Civil Engineering**; * Prior experience in planning and cost control for civil construction projects; * Proficiency in planning and control tools (Prevision, Advanced Excel, Power BI); * Knowledge of drawing interpretation and productivity analysis; * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication; * Experience with construction management systems (e.g., Sienge/Mega or others) is considered a plus.
