PROCESS ANALYST (Abler)

Job Summary: A professional to optimize processes, map and model them, identify improvements, analyze root causes, and develop performance indicators, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for mapping and modeling organizational processes. 2. Lead the implementation of process improvements and automations. 3. Act as a facilitator with departments in change management. The company is seeking a Process Analyst in Araucária. Abler is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Collect, map, and model organizational processes. Develop and maintain updated flowcharts, work instructions, and procedures. Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest process redesign. Conduct root cause analyses (Ishikawa, 5 Whys). Develop and monitor process performance indicators (KPIs). Support and/or lead the implementation of process improvements and automations. Ensure standardization and organization of documentation. Act as a facilitator with departments, assisting in change management and improvement implementation. Ensure processes comply with internal policies and applicable legislation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure initiative success. Previous experience as a Process Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
