Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to support the Processes and Verification & Validation team in developing new products and innovation processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are part of the Straumann Group and, in Brazil, represent the brands **Neodent, Straumann, ClearCorrect, and Yller.** Our purpose is to create new smiles every day, guided by a cultural journey and a Protagonist & Learner mindset, empowering our employees to become a high-performance team. **What can you expect from your day with us?** * Support the Processes and Verification\&Validation team in developing new products for the Innovation team * Ability to conduct research and analyze data related to new products and innovation processes; * Inclusion and monitoring of new item manufacturing processes in SAP (master data setup, costing, and production order creation); * Support Production and Quality departments during prototype manufacturing; * Support prototype part supply for testing; * Perform mechanical and functional bench tests for product validation. * Perform and analyze verification test reports (mechanical, physical, structural, biological); * Maintain databases for Process and Verification\&Validation performance indicators; * Document and report technical results clearly and systematically; * Execute and maintain organization of project development-related files per procedure; **What do you need to have or know?** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Ability to plan, develop, and execute tasks; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite proficiency; * Prior internship experience in related areas is a plus; * Knowledge of mechanical properties is desirable; **What will you find here?** * Meal allowance; * Food voucher; * Nationwide health insurance plan, extendable to dependents; * Dental insurance; * WellHub (GymPass); * Transportation allowance or parking subsidy.
