We are seeking a senior professional to lead the Talent Attraction and Inclusion front at the Marista Group Hospitals, managing high-volume selection processes with strategic vision and commitment to candidate experience.

**Responsibilities and duties**
* Lead and execute high-volume selection processes, ensuring agility and quality at every stage;
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection cycle, from requisition to hiring;
* Analyze current selection processes, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing best practices;
* Map and organize the priority flow of the selection process, ensuring departmental deliverables align with established objectives;
* Support and guide the Talent Attraction and Inclusion team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment;
* Operate and leverage ATS platform functionalities to optimize tool usage in selection processes;
* Develop and implement talent attraction strategies to broaden job reach and enhance candidate experience;
* Ensure more inclusive and diversified selection processes aligned with the Marista Group’s culture and values.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Solid experience in high-volume recruitment and selection;
* Knowledge of end-to-end selection processes;
* Proficiency in ATS platforms, especially Gupy;
* A proactive, organized, and agile decision-making profile;
* Serve as a reference in the talent attraction area, organizing demands and ensuring smooth delivery of departmental outputs;
* Analytical mindset for continuous improvement of attraction processes;
* Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields;
* Prior experience in large-volume R\&S consulting firms is a plus.

**Salary:** Our salary proposal is built based on multiple factors. If the value has already been defined for this position, it will be communicated during the selection process
