Job Summary: A pharmacy chain is seeking a Process Analyst to design, improve, and standardize processes, utilizing quality tools and monitoring KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standardization of workflows The pharmacy chain seeks a Process Analyst professional in Colombo (Maracanã). Uni Preço Pharmacies is a pharmacy chain offering medications and health products at affordable prices. Committed to quality and customer service, the company strives to facilitate access to healthcare for all. **Responsibilities:** Design processes (AS IS / TO BE) and flowcharts (BPM). Identify improvement opportunities. Reduce waste and apply quality tools such as PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys. Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support workflow and routine standardization. Implement and monitor KPIs (rework, cycle time, SLA, and non-conformities). Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards. Deliver process-related training and prepare management reports for leadership. Previous experience as a Process Improvement Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
