Does this opportunity resonate with you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the IT focal point for business areas, gaining deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and strategic objectives; * Support business areas in breaking down demands into clear requirements, helping clarify as-is processes and define to-be scenarios; * Translate business needs into IT solutions, coordinating with specialist teams (Systems, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Privacy); * Manage the demand pipeline, supporting prioritization, sequencing, and scope definition together with stakeholders; * Contribute to solution definition, use cases, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and architectures; * Support project and demand governance by monitoring status, risks, dependencies, and business impact; * Facilitate workshops, alignment meetings, and discovery sessions with business areas; * Communicate results, status, and impacts to support leadership decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 2–3 years of experience working at the interface between IT and business (e.g., Business Partner, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar roles); * Experience operating in environments with multiple concurrent demands, stakeholders, and competing priorities; * Practical knowledge of agile and/or traditional methodologies, with ability to adapt to context; * Experience in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and collaborative techniques (e.g., design thinking); * Strong analytical skills, systemic vision, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, providing medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited network * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll * Education Incentive: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, offering incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR * Meals at Bistrô Marista: On-site meals provided on workdays, with a symbolic payroll deduction * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Free Parking * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to numerous gyms with monthly membership fees deducted from payroll * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, including two free consultations per month * “Conte Comigo” Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor-related matters), financial consulting, and pension advice * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across diverse sectors, offering special discounts on services and products **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:24 PM **Location:** PUCPR – Curitiba Campus If you wish to join a team shaping tomorrow’s world, we’d love to meet you.
