Key responsibilities include: * Performing necessary maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, renovations, painting, etc. * Maintaining landscaping and mowing within the company premises. * Sorting waste materials, such as metal scrap, plastic, wood, etc. * Keeping all tools and equipment used in proper order. * Assisting in organizing all areas within the company. * Being proactive and committed to assigned tasks. * Complying with individual and collective safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education. * Knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, painting, civil construction, and gardening.
