We are looking for a **Resident Engineer** to join our team, responsible for full supervision of substation implementation—from civil infrastructure to energization—coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring technical interface between the end client and designers to prevent execution deviations. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate modernization works of the protection and control system at IMPERATRIZ Substation \- 500 kV, located in the municipality of IMPERATRIZ/MA; * Complete RDOs (Daily Work Reports); * Prepare technical reports on construction progress; * Attend internal meetings and client meetings, and support auxiliary teams (PLANNING, PROCUREMENT), control material receipt, ensure deadlines are met to achieve targets and mitigate project costs; * Develop activity planning so the client can issue service orders authorizing execution and de-energization; develop an executable field activity schedule aligned with contractual deadlines; prepare Executable Planning Documents (PEX) for all intervention stages required by the schedule. * Manage and coordinate teams for construction/adaptation of electrical substations in the 500 kV segment (in-house and outsourced labor); **Requirements:** ----------------- * Degree in Electrical Engineering; * Driver's License Category B; * Active CREA registration; * Experience in 500 kV power substation projects; * Valid NR\-10 and SEP certifications; * Willingness to travel; **Benefits that value you as a whole** At TSEA Energia, we believe valuing people means building an environment of well-being, belonging, and balance.
