Below are our expectations regarding education, skills, and competencies: * Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. * Postgraduate degree in occupational safety engineering. * Prior experience, minimum 3 years, as a technician or engineer in industry. * Experience in risk identification for compliance with NR 12. * Knowledge of safety regulations and standards (ISO, NRs, etc.). * Technical expertise in quality tools (PDCA, Lean, FMEA, and others). * Proficiency in safety management procedures and tools. * Experience leading projects in multicultural and cross-functional environments. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships. * Collaborative mindset with capacity to work cross-functionally. * Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to reside in Curitiba. * Advanced English proficiency. * Lean system experience is a plus.
