Does this opportunity match your profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop budgets for products and projects and consolidate the directorate's budget, aiming to present the directorate’s overall results; * Analyze budgeted figures and monitor budget execution to facilitate managerial oversight and control, as well as flag inconsistencies when detected, ensuring consistency in generated figures to achieve proposed targets; * Prepare product performance reports through presentations, providing updated and reliable performance information to support the directorate and coordinators; * Conduct cost projections and determine product selling prices to properly support decision-making processes by the directorate’s managers; * Propose and implement process improvements based on scenario development and management report generation, aiming to enhance controls; * Develop business plans (BPs) for new products and projects of the directorate; * Implement improvements in budgeting processes and contract management to enhance control; * Analyze, validate, and execute accountability reporting for products delivered with partners; * Administer service contracts for faculty, suppliers, service providers, and others—from negotiation and drafting through system entry, processing, signing, renewal, and termination; * Request payments to faculty, suppliers, and service providers according to executed contracts; * Monitor audit and ombudsman requests; * Participate in meetings with various areas of the Marista Group; * Support coordination; * Provide operational support to the team, assisting in problem-solving and clarifying doubts; * Actively participate in analyzing and developing area work plans, including process redefinition. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency; * Matrix Budgeting experience; * Contract Management experience. **Nice-to-Have (Desirable):** * Power BI; * Pipefy and/or Asana tools; * Project Management; * Process Management; * Ability to build interpersonal relationships; * Conflict Management; * Teamwork; * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, offering medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited network * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll * Education Incentive: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, with incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR * Meals at Bistrô Marista: On-site meals provided on workdays, with a symbolic payroll deduction * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Free Parking * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to numerous gyms with monthly membership fees deducted from payroll * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, with two monthly consultations free of charge * “Conte Comigo” Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor-related matters), financial and pension consulting * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across various sectors, offering special discounts on services and products **Salary:** Our salary proposal is built upon multiple factors.
