




Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to work in People Management, leading Recruitment and Selection processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support for various HR initiatives We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and communicative professional to work in People Management, responsible for organizing and leading the company’s Recruitment and Selection processes. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection * Experience with headhunting and selection across various levels * Experience administering and analyzing behavioral and technical assessments * Knowledge of R\&S metrics and SLA * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and strategic vision **Responsibilities:** * Align with and develop job profiles together with managers; * Create and post job openings across multiple platforms; * Ensure accurate posting of job openings; * Screen resumes and conduct talent headhunting; * Schedule and support interviews; * Administer and analyze technical and behavioral assessments; * Prepare technical reports and provide feedback to managers; * Maintain communication with candidates throughout the entire process; * Conduct onboarding procedures; * Support structuring and executing onboarding programs; * Manage integration of new employees; * Develop, measure, and monitor departmental KPIs; * Monitor legal quotas (Apprentices and Persons with Disabilities); * Conduct exit interviews; * Support HR initiatives such as performance evaluations, Training & Development (T\&D), and internal marketing; * Draft job descriptions; * Operate in accordance with the Quality Management System guidelines; * Perform other departmental duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00 **Salary:** * Salary expectation (to be negotiated) **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher: BRL 31.00 per working day * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Day Off * Payroll-Deductible Loan * Education Assistance * Partnerships with educational institutions, pharmacies, and gyms Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 3\.000,00 \- BRL 5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education assistance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
