Autonomy in professional practice We are looking for a committed lawyer with an analytical mindset and strong organizational skills to work in a structured, collaborative environment handling a significant volume of cases. This position requires autonomy, responsibility regarding deadlines, and technical excellence in deliverables. The role involves technical analysis of cases and drafting legal documents of varying complexity levels, with ample opportunity for legal development and improvement. * Responsibilities: Drafting procedural documents (low, medium, and high complexity); Technical procedural analysis; Representation at hearings and oral arguments; Preparation of legal reports and research; Case monitoring and deadline management; Integrated collaboration with the legal team (a team of 14 professionals). * Requirements: Law degree with active OAB registration; Experience in civil litigation and law firm routine; Committed, organized, and responsible profile; Strong analytical ability and attention to detail; Excellent written communication skills (focus on legal pleadings); Autonomy to work remotely. * Preferred Qualifications: Experience in deadline management; Familiarity with the CPJ system; Experience drafting more complex legal documents.
