Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join the Technical Assistance Coordination (COAT) team to perform maintenance, technical support, and assistance for hardware, networks, and systems. We are looking for individuals who want to join the Technical Assistance Coordination (COAT) team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform on-site or laboratory-based maintenance of client equipment; * Provide hardware technical support and assistance; * Deliver on-site user technical support, hardware maintenance, problem identification, and resolution; * Install and configure network assets (switches, routers, MikroTiks, etc.); * Install and configure printers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed High School.
