Job Summary: Assists in vehicle reception and handling, product organization, order picking, inventory control, and maintenance of the workplace and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and warehouses Assists in receiving drivers, helpers, and third parties by informing them of company procedures and rules, directing them to respective departments, and supporting vehicle maneuvering and movement within the premises. Organizes and stores products following safety procedures and space optimization guidelines. Assists in order preparation, picking, and labeling for dispatch, forwarding orders to the packaging and inspection department. Contributes to inventory control by performing periodic counts and verifications of stored items to keep inventory records up to date. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards, preventing accidents and facilitating item handling. Conducts weekly checklists for machinery and equipment to monitor performance and identify potential non-conformities, coordinating repairs and preventive or corrective maintenance, and completing and maintaining records in the maintenance logbook.
