Job Summary: Professional to perform operational monitoring, providing support to drivers and supervising tracking and risk management routines. Key Highlights: 1. Driver shift control and risk management. **Position: Junior Operational Assistant (Monitoring)** **Work Schedule:** 12x36 – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM We are seeking a professional to perform operational monitoring, providing support to drivers and supervising tracking and risk management routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide support to drivers in coordination with the risk management provider; * Conduct operational checklists for vehicles, trips, and documents; * Monitor tracking and communication technologies; * Monitor *transit time* (trip duration) and possible route deviations; * Manage driver working hours; * Act in accordance with risk and tracking management procedures. **Requirements / Required Knowledge:** * Experience with monitoring systems, especially **KMM**; * Knowledge of tracking technologies: **Onixsat, Sascar, and Omnilink**; * Understanding of risk and tracking management processes; * Knowledge of the **Driver's Law**; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in logistics monitoring, road freight transportation, or tracking centers. ***Benefits:*** * Meal allowance: BRL 30.00 per day (no deductions) * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance: BRL 350.00 per month (no deductions) * Health insurance (available after 3 months) * Dental insurance (available after 3 months) * Basic food basket / MILI toilet paper pack * SEST SENAT agreement WhatsApp: (41) 98782-0303 ***This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCD)*** Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: BRL 1,518.00 – BRL 2,300.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Free parking * Meal voucher * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
