Job Summary:
This professional will perform bank reconciliations, financial analyses, and manage payment and project processes, driving continuous improvements within the department.

**Bachelor's degree completed** in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, and/or related fields.
· Minimum 2 (two) years of professional experience in administrative or finance roles.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Bank reconciliations, analysis of financial spreadsheets, processing receivable payments, monitoring current account and investment balances, issuing manual payment authorizations, registering, updating, and implementing projects in the system, payroll reimbursement for projects, saving bank statements, and adding projects to the active projects spreadsheet.
Bank account application process; approval of scholarship payment requests and legal entity payment requests; approval of reimbursement requests; approval of per diem requests; approval of purchase/service requests; approval of travel ticket requests; analysis of proposals and financial reports in funding management systems, verification and submission of revisions; advising coordinators on project procedures; improving departmental processes.
Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.200,00 per month
