Job Summary: Active and receptive telephone support for debt negotiation and credit recovery, ensuring quality service and contributing to goal achievement. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to develop proactivity and persuasion Conduct active and receptive telephone outreach to negotiate debts and recover customer credit, ensuring high-quality service and contributing to team and company goals. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Contact customers by phone for **payment negotiation and regularization**; * Record all interaction details in internal systems; * Issue **bank slips, agreements, and proposals**, in accordance with the collection policy; * Meet **individual and collective credit recovery targets**; * Ensure **service quality**, maintaining a professional demeanor and empathy; * Clarify doubts and guide customers on payment methods and deadlines; * Support other administrative activities related to collections. ### **Requirements** * High school education (in progress or completed); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer and typing knowledge; * Prior experience in **active telemarketing or collections** is desirable (not mandatory). ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and results orientation; * Strong argumentation and persuasive ability; * Ability to handle objections and work under pressure; * Organization and attention to detail; * Team spirit and commitment. ### **Working Conditions** * **Environment:** Call Center; * **Work Schedule:** 6h20 * Shift: Monday to Friday, from 2:10 PM to 8:30 PM; Saturdays, either from 7:50 AM to 2:10 PM or from 8:40 AM to 3:10 PM * **Remuneration:** R$ 1\.621,00 \+ benefits (and, when applicable, performance-based commissions); * **Benefits:** Meal allowance, transportation allowance, and others as per company policy.
