If you identify with these attributes, join our team! We are looking for a **Collections Assistant** to join Votorantim’s Center of Excellence in the **Collections** area. Within this area, we operate with **active and reactive collections**. Key responsibilities for this role will be in the **Collections** area, including: * Active and reactive outreach to delinquent customers for debt renegotiation; * Debt recovery; * Support for administrative collections through alternative renegotiation tools (WhatsApp and e\-mail); * Work with individual and collective targets aimed at reducing delinquency and increasing recovery; * Renegotiation strategies; * Positive and efficient communication with customers and team members; * Prior experience in active and reactive collections is a plus; * Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork; * Good argumentation, persistence, and empathy; * A curious and eager-to-learn mindset; * Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously and register information quickly; * Agility using technology, especially keyboard proficiency; * Persuasion skills aimed at increasing delinquency recovery; It is important that you have knowledge of: * Microsoft Office suite (especially Outlook and Excel); * Negotiation techniques; Our offices are located in São Paulo and Curitiba.
