We seek a professional who is organized, agile, and committed to quality in customer service and food presentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Restock and replenish buffet display units with fresh food items from the kitchen; * Monitor food temperatures and exposure times to ensure food safety; * Maintain a clean and organized buffet, sanitizing tray edges and ensuring utensils are always clean; * Assist in the preparation and handling of fruits and vegetables; * Manage inventory turnover by applying the **FIFO (First In, First Out)** principle during food restocking; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of the work environment. **Working Hours:** * **08:00 AM to 4:20 PM** or **2:00 PM to 10:20 PM** * **6-day workweek, 1-day rest** * On-site work at **Shopping Pátio Batel**. **Compensation:** * R$ 1.828,00 to R$ 2.366,88 per month. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Grocery allowance of **R$ 145.00**; * Performance-based bonuses. **Work Location:** On-site – **Shopping Pátio Batel**.
