Job Summary: The Operational Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for planning and ensuring the quality of cleaning services, managing teams, and acting as the liaison between the company and the client. Direct interaction with clients and reporting to management Orsegups is seeking an Operational Cleaning Supervisor to join our team! Position: Operational Cleaning Supervisor – Orsegups Salary: BRL 3023.03 \+ (30% Hazard Pay) \+ BRL 56.00 daily VA (Vale Alimentação) Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00 \- 1h12 lunch break \- Alternate Saturdays. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop work schedules and coverage plans for absences; * Develop NPP (Site Norms and Procedures) and activity schedules; * Plan cleaning, maintenance, and hygiene routines; * Ensure proper use of PPE and uniforms; * Conduct periodic inspections at work sites; * Ensure compliance with quality and cleanliness standards; * Correct deficiencies and provide guidance on operational improvements; * Serve as the liaison between the company and the client; * Record and address requests, complaints, and suggestions; * Report results and pending issues to management; * Prepare activity and incident reports; * Monitor service productivity and quality; * Support management in decision-making. ### **Basic Requirements** * Proven experience in team management within the cleaning industry; * Microsoft Office 365 – intermediate level; * Brazilian driver’s license, category B; * Availability for daytime shifts.
