Follow hygiene and food safety regulations **Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible, organized, and agile Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The professional will support food preparation, kitchen organization, and cleaning, ensuring quality, hygiene, and smooth department operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing dishes, snacks, and other foods as directed by the chef; * Clean, cut, and organize ingredients; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment; * Monitor proper food usage and storage; * Assist in receiving and verifying goods; * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations (proper food handling). **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant is preferred; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organizational skills, agility, and attention to detail; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
