How about bringing your talent to the **Med4U Group**? **Position:** Facilities Coordinator **Work Location:** Rua Ernani Santiago de Oliveira, 321, Centro Cívico \- Curitiba – PR **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM\. The professional hired for this position will join our Facilities team, reporting to the Administrative and Financial Directorate. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage facilities services, including laundry, waste, and clinic linen inventory; * Monitor repairs and renovations; * Manage and maintain hospital equipment; * Guide, coordinate, and support administrative and personnel control activities, participating in team meetings, hiring and replacement of staff, and third-party management; * Organize vacation scheduling and other labor and management topics, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal company guidelines; * Manage contracts and outsourced services; * Develop action plans for all improvement suggestions or non-conformities identified or reported by the Quality Department, responding to patients and/or their families whenever dissatisfaction arises; * Prepare and present departmental performance indicators; * Participate in audits; * Promote continuous improvement in departmental processes and routines, among other duties related to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospitality Management, Hospital Management, or related fields; Postgraduate degree in a relevant area; Knowledge of the Tasy system and experience in the healthcare sector will be considered **advantages**.
