




Job Summary: Responsible for various culinary preparations, including meals, salads, and pre-preparations, working proactively and efficiently in the kitchen and bakery. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: Experience in various types of kitchens; we serve lunch Monday through Friday. Must be proactive, enjoy cooking and baking, possess agility, and maintain energy and quality during brief periods of high activity. Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing menu items for the store: meals, omelets, salads, pre-preparation of fillings and hamburgers (fried in the kitchen and assembled in-store); Daily production includes: meals (menu changes weekly), savory pies, quiches, empadas, sandwiches, managing mise en place for menu preparations (keeping all chopped ingredients refrigerated); preparing pasta and fillings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area: organizing the refrigerator and freezer, washing production dishes, cleaning the floor, stove, and support countertops; Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 to 14:50.
