Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Quality Analyst to work on the development and testing of new products, preparation of technical data sheets, and support for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the development and testing of new products 2. Preparation and review of Technical Data Sheets 3. Support for quality routines and continuous improvement **WE HAVE AN OPENING FOR A JUNIOR QUALITY ANALYST** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in the development and testing of new products; * Preparation and review of Technical Data Sheets; * Monitoring of tests in kitchen and factory; * Support in shelf life studies, training, and supplier qualification; * Support for quality routines and continuous improvement. **Education:** * Completed degree in Food Engineering/Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, or related fields; **Requirements:** * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety; * Analytical, organized, and proactive profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in R&D or quality. **Work Schedule:** * 6X1 \- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance (VT); * On-site meals; **After Probation Period:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 330.00 per month; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Total Pass.
