Job Summary: Work as a Process Analyst in the Innovation Team, developing manufacturing workflows and processes for new products and supporting Production and Quality departments. Key Highlights: 1. Our purpose is to **create new smiles every day**, guided by a cultural journey and a Protagonist \& Learner mindset that transforms our employees into a **high-performance team**. **What can you expect from your day with us?** * Work as a Process Analyst during product development in the Innovation Team: * Develop manufacturing workflows and processes for new product development; * Include and monitor manufacturing processes in SAP; * Support Production and Quality departments during prototype manufacturing; * Develop devices and tooling for the manufacturing process; * Plan and conduct handover meetings related to manufacturing activities for Engineering; * Develop processes and devices with third-party suppliers; * Analyze manufacturing costs and production capacity; * Support supply of prototype parts for testing; * Execute and maintain organization of project development-related files, per procedure; * Assist in project planning; * Draft / review concept documents; **What do you need to have or know?** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or Technology in one of the following fields: Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related disciplines; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Knowledge of project management tools is considered a plus; * Prior experience in machining is considered a plus; * Availability and interest in working under a temporary employment contract; * Willingness to work on-site at CIC; **What will you find here?** * On-site meal benefit; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Commuter allowance or parking subsidy; Neodent believes in diversity; therefore, our job openings are open to all individuals, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, age, or disability.
