Job Summary: Responsible for performing administrative and operational activities in the transportation department, monitoring operational performance. Key Highlights: 1. Tracking daily schedules (export and import) Responsible for performing administrative and operational activities in the transportation department while monitoring operational performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** Consult the insurance company before releasing loading for aggregates and independent contractors; Track daily schedules (export and import); Issue transport documents via the TMS system; Prepare transport drafts; Conduct vehicle checklists for chemical cargo and/or long-distance transportation; Generate reports to monitor departmental KPIs; Maintain a spreadsheet tracking trip information and schedules; Comply with company-established safety, hygiene, environmental, quality, disciplinary, and other regulations, following established procedures and immediate supervisor’s instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; **Additional Information** Life Insurance; Dental Plan; Health Plan; On-site Meal Benefit; Gym Partnership.
