We want your application! #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily guidance, coordination, and/or execution of cleaning services at client company premises, including sweeping or mopping floors, removing wall dirt and furniture dust, and restocking personal hygiene supplies; * Ensuring operational safety by monitoring correct usage of cleaning products (degreasers, soap, and general chemicals) and equipment (brooms, vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, etc.), as well as their maintenance—keeping them stored in appropriate locations and requesting repairs when needed; * Training subordinates, participating in personnel movement processes, distributing and collecting PPEs and timecards, delivering benefit vouchers, maintaining team order and discipline—including monitoring proper uniform use, attendance, and recommending transfers, disciplinary actions, or dismissals; * Periodically guiding, coordinating, and/or executing detailed cleaning tasks as scheduled—such as window washing, fan and lighting fixture cleaning, room disinfection, and others; * Monitoring and requesting replenishment of consumable materials when necessary; * Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), complying with Occupational Health and Safety requirements, and correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Customer service aligned with company standards; * Compliance with job-specific operational procedures; * Attendance and punctuality; * Leadership ability; * Team spirit; * Initiative. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Prior experience as a cleaning supervisor; * Knowledge of advanced cleaning and maintenance techniques; * Skills in team management and material control; * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations applicable to cleaning operations. #### **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance * Health assistance * Telemedicine * Telepsychology * Dental plan * Nutritionist coaching * Sports coaching * Attendance program * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Benefits club * Pharmacy discounts #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off * 7 hours 20 minutes per day
